Not completely satisfied with your order? No problem. You can easily return your order through our self-service return portal.
Return Period
You have 14 days after receiving your order to return an item.
Return Costs
The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refunded purchase amount.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Provided with all original labels and tags
- In its original condition
Items that do not meet these conditions unfortunately cannot be accepted.
How does returning work?
You can easily request a return through our self-service return portal:
- Go to your order status page
- Enter your order number and email address
- Select the items you want to return
- Choose the reason for return and follow the steps
After registering your return, you will receive further instructions for sending your parcel back.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within a few business days via the original payment method.
