RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will receive a full refund of the order amount minus return shipping costs.
The cost of returning the item from your address to our webshop is at your own expense and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after your return request has been registered, provided the product has already been received back in good condition.
DELIVERY
We do our best to deliver orders as quickly as possible.
Orders placed on business days are usually shipped within 1–3 business days via PostNL.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
If a parcel is lost during shipment, we will contact the carrier and provide an appropriate solution.
